Chocolate Crunch with Corn Flakes
- 1 Parchment paper
- 1 bar Chocolate bar (black)
- 6 tbsp Corn flakes
- 1 Cocoa powder
- 1 bar Chocholate bar (white)
- 4 tbsp Corn flakes
- 1 Powdered sugar
- Melt chocolate in a double broiler.
- Toss corn flakes to the melted chocolate, and mix well.
- Drop the mixture with spoons on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- 3 cm diameter x 2 cm height will look cute.
- The melted chocolate hardens quickly, so make one kind first, then make the other kind.
- For black: when the chocolate is cooled, sprinkle with cocoa powder and it's done!
- For white: when the chocolate is cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar and it's done!
- When you sprinkle cocoa powder and powdered sugar, use a tea strainer.
- The result will look nice.
- Serve for your guests as a tea time snack, or for your kids as a snack.
- When you wrap them, they will make a great gift Enjoy wrapping them in different boxes such as a truffle box.
