Chocolate Crunch with Corn Flakes

  1. Melt chocolate in a double broiler.
  2. Toss corn flakes to the melted chocolate, and mix well.
  3. Drop the mixture with spoons on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 3 cm diameter x 2 cm height will look cute.
  5. The melted chocolate hardens quickly, so make one kind first, then make the other kind.
  6. For black: when the chocolate is cooled, sprinkle with cocoa powder and it's done!
  7. For white: when the chocolate is cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar and it's done!
  8. When you sprinkle cocoa powder and powdered sugar, use a tea strainer.
  9. The result will look nice.
  10. Serve for your guests as a tea time snack, or for your kids as a snack.
  11. When you wrap them, they will make a great gift Enjoy wrapping them in different boxes such as a truffle box.
