Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup butter, melted
- 14 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 34 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 13 cups white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350; position oven rack in middle of oven; set aside ungreased cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl add the cake mix, flour, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Blend with an electric mixer set on med-high speed 1-2 minutes, until blended and smooth.
- Stir in the oats, nuts, and white chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 10-13 minutes, until golden at edges and just barely set at center when lightly touched.
- Cool 1 minute on sheets; transfer to wire racks with metal spatula and cool completely.
