Crustless Cheesy Quiche
- 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 4 frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Links, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 6 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients until well blended; pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is puffy and top is golden brown.
