Salmon with Arugula, Tomato and Caper Sauce

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Brush both sides of salmon with oil; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Broil without turning until just cooked through, about 4 minutes.
  6. Transfer salmon to plates.
  7. Spoon tomato mixture over.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges.
