Amazing White Chocolate-Coconut Custard Pie

• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted, cooled
• 2 cups milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup all-purpose baking mix
• 1-1/3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Blend all ingredients except coconut in blender until smooth.
3. Pour into 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with coconut.
4. Bake 45 min.
5. or until center is set and top is golden brown.
