  1. Grind soaked rice by adding tender coconut water untill you get a thick batter.
  2. Add grated coconut and grind again.
  3. Mix rest of the ingredient to the batter.
  4. Keep it for 6-8 hrs.or you can mix it in night and use in morning.
  5. In a non stick bowl shaped pan pour the batter and rotate in circular motion.
  6. Close it with lid.cook it until the edges are brown.
