KERALA APPPAM
- 2 cup rice soaked
- 1 cup Tender coconut water
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch powdered yeast
- Grind soaked rice by adding tender coconut water untill you get a thick batter.
- Add grated coconut and grind again.
- Mix rest of the ingredient to the batter.
- Keep it for 6-8 hrs.or you can mix it in night and use in morning.
- In a non stick bowl shaped pan pour the batter and rotate in circular motion.
- Close it with lid.cook it until the edges are brown.
