Roasted Curry Chickpeas

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, curry powder and salt.
  4. On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly.
  5. If you want to sprinkle more curry powder and salt, go for it.
  6. Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally.
  7. Let cool before you enjoy!
  8. Great snack to pack for traveling!
