Roasted Curry Chickpeas
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans
- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas.
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, curry powder and salt.
- On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly.
- If you want to sprinkle more curry powder and salt, go for it.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally.
- Let cool before you enjoy!
- Great snack to pack for traveling!
