Avocado seafood Cup
- 1 Avocados
- 1 lb Large shrimp
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 Finely diced onion
- 1/2 Finely diced jalapeno
- 1 packages Imitation crab
- 1/2 cup Finely diced celery
- 1/2 cup Finely diced cucumber
- 1 tbsp Salad supreme seasoning
- 1 Garlic salt to taste
- 1 Lemon squeezed
- 1 bunch Chopped cilantro
- 1/2 as needed Finely diced Serrano chili
- Start by cleaning and deveining shrimp now put to boil for about 6 minutes till shrimp are pink..
- Put the whole pot into freezer to cool.. Don't throw stock away u will use later.
- Now in a large bowl dice all incredients to your liking.
- Mix well add your seasonings and lemon juice.
- Now add in your cooled shrimp stock and shrimp.
- Set in fridge for about 1 hour to chill
- Now cut open your avocados carefully scoop out the inside and dice, do not break skin on avocado this will be your bowl.
- Add diced avocado to seafood salad carefully mix, taste for seasonings.
- Now serve into avocado bowl and top with more cilantro to garnish!
