Chicken and Pasta

  1. Heat oil in a small wok or saute pan over medium heat.
  2. When oil is hot, add garlic and saute until translucent.
  3. Stir in red pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken and tomatoes and bring to a simmer; simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and toss to combine with sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
  7. Divide among 2 plates, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.
