BBQ Salmon Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill corn 6 to 8 min.
  3. or until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove from grill; cool.
  5. Meanwhile, grill fish 5 to 6 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.
  7. Cut corn off cobs.
  8. Cover platter with salad greens; top with beans, corn, remaining vegetables and fish.
  9. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
