Hot Broccoli Dip
- 1 cup salad dressing, not mayo
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (10 ounce) package broccoli, chopped thawed well drained
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine dressing, 1/2 cup mozzarella parmesan, broccoli and pimentos.
- Spread into baking dish or 9 inch pie place.
- Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
- Bake 5 additional minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
