Arugula, Basil And Baby Spinach Salad Recipe

  1. Wash and dry spinach, arugula and basil and chill.
  2. Combine chilled spinach, arugula and basil with onion and tomatoes in large bowl.
  3. Whisk extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar in small bowl.
  4. Pour over salad and toss.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  7. NOTES :

baby spinach leaves stems, arugula, basil, red onion, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar salt
