Bacon and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken
- 3 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, Rinsed And Pat Dry
- 6 slices Bacon (We Used The Pre-cooked Boar's Head Brand.)
- A Handful Of Shredded Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese For Each Chicken Breast
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast and then stuff each breast with 2 slices of bacon and a handful of cheese.
- Bake in a glass dish sprayed with cooking spray for about thirty minutes and then check every five or six minutes.
- Ours was done in about forty minutes.
- Feel free to add seasonings, but between the bacon and cheese, we didnt feel like it needed anything.
