Smoky Black Bean Dip
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rub Sweet Mesquite BBQ
- 1 cup shredded KRAFT Chipotle Cheese
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine bread crumbs and A.1.
- ; stir in chipotle cheese.
- Reserve 3/4 cup chipotle cheese mixture.
- Combine remaining cheese mixture with remaining ingredients; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with reserved cheese mixture.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through.
