Beef And Chorizo Stew

  1. Chop the steak, season with salt and pepper, coat with the flour.
  2. In a frying pan, add the chilli oil and chorizo and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the steak and brown for 2 minutes.
  4. Tip the contents of the pan into your slow cooker.
  5. Don't discard the pan, return it to the heat and add the wine, reduce it down a bit then add to the slow cooker.
  6. Add all other ingredients and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8.
  7. Serve with garlic bread or crusty bread!
