Honey-Beer Barbecue Sauce

• 13 cup chopped onion
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 34 cup hot sauce
• 12 cup beer
• 14 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard

1. melt butter in medium saucepan add onion and garlic cook until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients bringing to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to a simmer cooking uncovered about 20 minutes until reduced, stirring occasionally.
