Ham Steak with Orange Butter
- 2 slice Ham (for steak)
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 dash Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Black pepper
- 20 grams Butter
- 100 ml Orange juice (100%)
- 1 tsp Maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp Consomme bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp Whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp Katakuriko slurry
- Fry both sides of the ham steaks in olive oil and garlic.
- Sprinkle on black pepper and plate.
- Cook the ham to your desired degree of doneness.
- Add butter to the same frying pan.
- When it's melted, add ingredients marked and lightly simmer while shaking the pan.
- Add katakuriko, and when it has thickened, pour it over the ham.
- Done!
- Sprinkle on parsley if you have it.
