Lena's Pork Tenderloin

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper and garlic powder and rub with olive oil.
  2. Put in a ziplock bag and marinate overnight.
  3. Bake at 350 in a pan (roasting pan, aluminum, glass or whatever) for 15 minutes, then turn over and bake 15 more, until pork is brown on the outside.
  4. Remove pork and cut into slices of desired thickness.
  5. Put pork back in the pan and add gravy, mushrooms and wine.
  6. Rinse the gravy can with wine and pour that in, too.
  7. Put back in oven until gravy bubbles, about 30 minutes.
  8. Taste and mix, cover the pan and put back in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 more minutes.
