Glazed Tofu

  1. Mix soy sauce, syrup and mirin in a bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cut tofu into 3/4" cubes.
  4. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat/ Add tofu and fry until golden brown, turning every 3 minutes (no need to brown all sides).
  5. Add sauce mixture and cook 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is coated with glaze.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
