Glazed Tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 1 lb extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Mix soy sauce, syrup and mirin in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Cut tofu into 3/4" cubes.
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat/ Add tofu and fry until golden brown, turning every 3 minutes (no need to brown all sides).
- Add sauce mixture and cook 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is coated with glaze.
- Serve and enjoy!
