Braunschweiger Ball

  1. Mix braunschweiger,Worcestershire sauce,catsup,and onion in the bowl of a food processor until well blended.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm enough to shape into a ball.
  3. (overnight in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours in the freezer).
  4. Shape mixture into a ball, spread with the cream cheese, and roll in either chopped parsley or pecans.
  5. Serve with your favorite crackers.
  6. (Triscuit deli-rye are really good with this!
