The Best Sea Bass Meuniere

  1. Rinse the sea bass well.
  2. Gut, clean, and fillet into 3 slices.
  3. Also peel the skin.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and powdered herbs.
  5. Coat evenly with flour.
  6. Heat a decent amount of olive oil in a frying pan and add the sea bass.
  7. Pan-fry both sides to finish!
  8. Serve with lemon juice and enjoy.
