Marlin (or Shark) Espanole

  1. Place fish in glass baking dish.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, add onion and green pepper.
  3. Saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over steaks.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
