Sourdough Waffles Recipe
- 1/2 c. sourdough starter
- 1 c. canned lowfat milk
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 3/4 to 2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/3 c. oil
- Combine starter, lowfat milk, water and flour.
- Mix and leave at room temperature overnight.
- Next day add in rest of ingredients.
- Mix gently, do no beat.
- Bake in warm waffle iron.
- Makes 3 large square waffles.
