Shrimp & Avocado Maki Rolls
- 4 each nori, toasted
- 1 qt. prepared sushi rice
- 4 tsp. black sesame seed
- 1-1/3 cups frozen breaded shrimp (popcorn-size), fried
- 12 slices avocado slices
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup PURE KRAFT Country Honey Mustard Dressing
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- For each roll: Arrange 1 nori sheet, shiny side down, on bamboo sushi mat covered in plastic wrap.
- Using wet hands, spread 1 cup rice evenly onto nori.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- sesame seeds.
- Flip nori over onto bamboo mat, lining up the edge at the bottom of the mat.
- (Rice will be on the bottom).
- Arrange 1/3 cup shrimp, 3 avocado slices and 1 Tbsp.
- cilantro along the bottom of the nori.
- Roll up tightly, starting at the bottom.
- Cut into 8 pieces.
- Place onto serving plate.
- Decorate with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing and 1/2 tsp.
- sriracha.
