Shrimp & Avocado Maki Rolls

  1. For each roll: Arrange 1 nori sheet, shiny side down, on bamboo sushi mat covered in plastic wrap.
  2. Using wet hands, spread 1 cup rice evenly onto nori.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  4. sesame seeds.
  5. Flip nori over onto bamboo mat, lining up the edge at the bottom of the mat.
  6. (Rice will be on the bottom).
  7. Arrange 1/3 cup shrimp, 3 avocado slices and 1 Tbsp.
  8. cilantro along the bottom of the nori.
  9. Roll up tightly, starting at the bottom.
  10. Cut into 8 pieces.
  11. Place onto serving plate.
  12. Decorate with 2 Tbsp.
  13. dressing and 1/2 tsp.
  14. sriracha.
