Spicy Fresh Peach Salsa

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the cut limes over your ingredients and flavour and with salt and pepper.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if youd like.
  4. You want might more more lime, or more cilantro.
  5. This is nice to make about a day ahead so flavours meld, and will keep for about three days, covered, in the fridge.
  6. **note:I like things quite spicy, so I highly recommend starting with 1 tbsp of chopped peppers and going from there.
