Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe

  1. Mix marinade.
  2. Marinate meat (covered) in the refrigerator at least 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill over coals, basting occasionally (being careful not to burn the meat) till desired doneness.
  4. You may then use the marinade as a dipping sauce but be sure to heat it to boiling first.
