Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe
- 1 (1 to 1 1/2 inch thick) chuck steak, or possibly roast is fine too (approximately 3 lbs.)
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- Mix marinade.
- Marinate meat (covered) in the refrigerator at least 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Grill over coals, basting occasionally (being careful not to burn the meat) till desired doneness.
- You may then use the marinade as a dipping sauce but be sure to heat it to boiling first.
