Langostino Salsa
- 1 pound Cooked Langostino, Rough Chopped (fresh, Peeled Shrimp May Be Substituted)
- 4 whole Roma-style Tomatoes, Seeded And Small Diced
- 3/4 cups Small Diced Purple Onion (about 1/2 Small Onion)
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, Chopped Fine (for Less Heat, Remove Seeds And Membranes Before Chopping)
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons To 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice (juice From 2 Limes)
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with tortilla chips or other chips of choice.
