Lemon Caper Fish

• 12 lb tilapia fillet (or 2 Fillets)
• 1 lemon
• capers

1. Heat nonstick skillet on med.-high heat.
2. Salt and Pepper your fillers.
3. Saute your fish with fat free butter flavored cooking spray.
4. I didn't have that on hand so I used just regular butter flavored cooking spray.
5. Squeeze Lemon juivce over the fish and add capers into the pan.
6. Cook until the fish is fully cooked.
