Sesame Chicken
- 3 lbs chicken cutlets (cubed)
- 1 cinnamon stick (cut in 3 pieces)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (crushed)
- 1 scallion (cut into 2-inchpcs)
- 14 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- oil
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- salt
- sesame seeds
- Mix chicken with next 7 items & let sit for 2 hours or longer.
- Roll chicken in cornstarch.
- Fry until crispy.
- Prepare sauce with remaining items, heat add cornstarch to thicken pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve.
