Teresa's Potato Soup
- 1 (5 lb) bag potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 5 cups water
- 14 cup dried onion flakes
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup carrot, peeled and thinley chopped
- 14 cup margarine
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 12 cup instant potato flakes
- Combine in crockpot first 9 ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high 5 hours.
- Add milk, parsley and potato flakes.
- Cover and cook 30-60 minutes longer, or until potato's are tender.
