Captain Rodneys Dip
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 12 pieces Ritz Crackers, Crushed
- 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cups Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions and place in a greased quiche pan.
- Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Top with bacon and Boucan Glaze.
- Return to the oven for a few more minutes.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
