Cracker Barrel Cheese Ball

  1. In a large bowl mix together margarine and cream cheese.
  2. Add the onion.
  3. Grate the Cracker Barrel cheese into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape into desired size balls and serve with crackers.
  5. Note: This makes a large batch.
  6. I often make 2-3 cheese balls out of this.
  7. Then I tightly wrap the extras in plastic wrap and freeze for later use.
  8. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving the cheese ball.
