Quick Ranch Taco Chicken Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) salad greens
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Cook chicken, oil and chili powder in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Toss chicken mixture, greens, salsa, dressing and cheese in large bowl.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving, if desired.
