Baby Safe Crunchy Cookies

  1. Combine the flour and katakuriko.
  2. Preheat the oven to 355F/180C.
  3. Microwave the margarine to soften.
  4. In a different bowl, mix in the margarine, sugar, egg yolk, and milk in order.
  5. Combine the mixture from step 1 into the bowl from step 2 in batches.
  6. Knead well with you hands.
  7. Roll 5 - 7 mm thick.
  8. Form into desired shapes.
  9. Align on a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. It's done when the edges are nicely browned.
