Ginger Soy Dressing

  1. In covered jar, combine all ingredients.
  2. Shake until well blended.
  3. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
  4. When ready to use, shake again.
  5. Serve over salad greens or pasta salads.
