Grilled Steak & Parmesan Salad

  1. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 5 to 10 min.
  7. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  8. Remove from grill; cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  9. Toss greens with tomatoes, squash and remaining dressing.
  10. Place on platter; top with meat and cheese.
