Buffalo Shrimp

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Prepare egg wash, by beating together egg and water.
  3. Melt butter, mix with hot sauce and vinegar.
  4. Dip shrimp in egg wash then coat with breading.
  5. Fry in deep fryer (350F).
  6. Place in container with hot sauce and turn to coat.
  7. Serve with celery and blue cheese.
