Easy Samosas with Gyoza Dumpling Skins!

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes and boil.
  3. Chop the onion and bacon into small pieces.
  4. Add salt and pepper in a frying pan, add the onion and bacon and stir-fry.
  5. When the onion has become translucent, add the curry powder and fry further until fragrant.
  6. Add the boiled potatoes to the stir-fried ingredients, and mash them with a masher.

  8. Wrap the filling in the gyoza dumpling skins, wet the edges with water, and press together tightly.
