Eggs In A Cloud
- 10 slices salami (1/8-inch)
- 8 slices Italian bread (3/4-inch)
- 1/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Toast and butter bread.
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Lightly grease a

- x 2-inch baking dish.
- Cut salami in half; arrange, cut side down, around edge of prepared dish.
- Arrange bread
- over bottom
- of
- dish;
- place
- cheese slices on top of bread.
- Separate eggs,
- placing
- each
- yolk
- in a shell half; place
- in egg-carton
- compartments until ready to use.
- Place whites
- in a large bowl of electric mixer; at high speed, beat egg
- whites with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the mustard until stiff and moist peaks form.
