Eggs In A Cloud

• 10 slices salami (1/8-inch)
• 8 slices Italian bread (3/4-inch)
• 1/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese
• 1 tsp. salt
• 8 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/3 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Toast and butter bread.
