Jicama Citrus Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 tablespoons liquid from mandarin orange can.
  2. Add jicama, red cabbage and mandarin oranges.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
