Baked Steak Recipe
- 1 lrg Round steak, cut in serving sizes
- 2 jar beef gravy, or possibly make your own
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, cut up A sprinkle of dry onion
- Roll steak in a little flour.
- Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
- Put browned steak in a roaster.
- Cover with gravy.
- Add in onion and green pepper sprinkled on top.
- Cover roaster with lid.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Check steak occasionally to make sure steak doesn't bake dry.
