Horseradish-Bacon Cream Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan until well blended.
  2. Bring just to simmer on low heat; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. For each serving: Spoon 1/4 cup of the sauce over each 4- to 6-oz.
  4. serving of cooked steak, pork chops, veal or fried chicken.
