Ungrilled Rueben
- Slaw Mixture
- 3 qt. broccoli slaw
- 3 cups carrots, shredded
- 2-1/4 cups KRAFT Coleslaw Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups green onions, chopped
- Sandwich
- 96 slices marble rye bread, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
- - pastrami, thinly sliced
- 96 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- For Slaw Mixture: Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For Each Serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
- of the Thousand Island dressing.
- Cover 1 bread slice with 4 oz.
- pastrami, 2 process cheese slices, 1/4 cup of the Slaw Mixture and second bread slice.
- Cut in half to serve.
