Minestrone Soup
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 13 cups onions, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup frozen carrots, sliced
- 5 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 12 cups frozen peas
- 1 12 cups frozen green beans
- 11 cups water
- 2 cups spaghetti, broken, uncooked
- Add all ingredients except spaghetti in a 4 quart pot, and stir until ingredients are well mixed.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add uncooked spaghetti and simmer for another thee to five minutes.
