Gluten-Free Spicy Wafers

  1. Cream butter and sugar together; beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients together and add to butter mixture; mix well.
  3. Roll into 2" square or round logs; wrap and chill overnight (or longer).
  4. Slice and place on parchment-paper lined cookie sheets.
  5. Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Decorate with melted white chocolate, if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
