3 Corn Casserole

• 12 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
• 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix

1. Combine butter, sour cream and egg.
2. Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix.
3. Spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
4. Bake 1 hour at 350F until golden brown.
