3 Corn Casserole
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix
- Combine butter, sour cream and egg.
- Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix.
- Spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350F until golden brown.
