Green Mint Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Pie

  1. Scale 1 lb.
  2. cheesecake batter into each crust.
  3. Pour remaining batter into bowl.
  4. Stir in extract and food coloring.
  5. Swirl 8 oz.
  6. green batter into each filled pie crust.
  7. Bake in 300 degrees F standard oven 30 to 35 min.
  8. or until centers are almost set.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
  10. For each serving: Cut each pie into 8 wedges.
  11. Heat Philly Delights until pourable.
  12. Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
  13. chocolate onto serving plate; top with 1 cheesecake slice.
  14. Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
  15. whipped topping, 1 tsp.
  16. cherries and 1 mint sprig.
