Green Mint Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Pie
- 6 pouches PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter, divided
- 12 each graham cracker crusts (9-inch)
- 36 drops mint extract
- 30 drops green food coloring
- 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Dark Chocolate
- 3 qt. Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 cups green maraschino cherries, chopped
- 96 sprigs mint sprigs
- Scale 1 lb.
- cheesecake batter into each crust.
- Pour remaining batter into bowl.
- Stir in extract and food coloring.
- Swirl 8 oz.
- green batter into each filled pie crust.
- Bake in 300 degrees F standard oven 30 to 35 min.
- or until centers are almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate.
- For each serving: Cut each pie into 8 wedges.
- Heat Philly Delights until pourable.
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
- chocolate onto serving plate; top with 1 cheesecake slice.
- Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
- whipped topping, 1 tsp.
- cherries and 1 mint sprig.
