Easy Decadent Pineapple Cheesecake
- 1 1/2 packages graham crackers/wafers crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 20 ounces pineapple crushed (natural juice packed)
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese removed from wrappers and warmed in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 jumbo eggs removed from shell and warmed 25 seconds in microwave
- 1/2 cup cream heavy
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Mix and pat first 3 ingredients onto bottoms and sides of 10-inch springform.
- Bake at 350F (180C) F for 10 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust.
- Refridgerate to set.
