Bootleg Italian Chicken
- 1 packages chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 carrots peeled and cut however you choose to eat them
- 1 bottle of Krafts Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 Pan
- 1 Foil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spread the onions on the bottom of the glass pan
- Hit the onions with some salt and pepper
- Line the chicken in the pan skin side up so it all fits evenly
- Sprinkle pepper on the skin of the chicken so it has a better taste when its done
- Toss the rest of the vegetables in
- Pour the Italian dressing over everything evenly
- Cover with foil for 45min if chicken is defrosted.
- Take foil off and brown the skin by putting the oven setting on broil for a few minutes.
- Put over rice and serve
