Brown Sugar Hot Chocolate

  1. Stir chocolate and water in a medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate has melted (mixture will thicken).
  2. Gradually whisk in milk, then sugar and salt until evenly blended.
  3. To serve: Reheat in a saucepan over medium-low heat, or in microwave, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with Peppermint cane stirrer.
